Aristocrat's safety training chatbot reduced the friction of engagement with mandatory training and held a 71% interaction rate over year long training delivery.

The bot also increased awareness of safety issues and helped reduce incidences and received a 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Award for Best Advance in Online Coaching Tools.
